I am so glad I had the gastric mind band therapy.  130 lbs  in 11 months and still releasing!  I would say to anyone who is considering surgery to try this first.  I am amazed as to how easy this weight release has been.  I  will say it again, you have changed my life and I cannot thank you enough, Hazel.  I've already referred three people to your website.  I am a walking testimonial that this can, no, that this will work.

I did blood work two weeks ago and had my annual physical today.  I am now off blood pressure medication.  As of today I am prescription free. All my labs are now in the normal range.  This is the first physical in many years that did not result in a new prescription.  My weight today is 184 lbs:  well on my way to my goal of 155 lbs.

I have been steadily releasing the weight, I'm about 60 pounds down. Sometimes I lose inches, sometimes pounds, either way I feel better than I have in years. I put away some pants that were too small for me at the start of summer to wear in the fall/winter and when I got them out they were all too big- woo hoo!  Update: Nov 25.  73 lbs down now and feeling fabulous!

Hazel, my first month was nothing short of an absolute miracle.   I released 25 pounds!  I've been basically stuck since then, but I'm still doing all the right things with my eating so I know that it will start leaving again sooner or later.  For the first time in my life, I'm controlling what goes in my body and when.  Amazing, and I can't wait to start releasing more, hopefully soon.  This is truly unbelievable. I just wanted to send out an email about my progress. I am down 14 ''Jars" (jars = pounds) in 11 days.  WOW!!  The coolest part is I do not feel like I have done anything.  11/28/2012 - 46 lbs down now!    I have reduced 46 jars!!  AMAZING!!   There are still days that I probably indulge more than I should, but I don't let that bother me in the least.  The sun comes up on a brand new day every 24 hours, incredible huh!!

So,  the good news.... the Band Therapy is amazing! As of this weekend, I have lost 17lbs and Mark has lost 14lbs. Needless to say, we are both very happy and pleased with our progress. We have definitely changed our eating habits enormously and are just not eating the volume we used to or eating just for the sake of eating.   I was a 5 - 6 cans of coke a day guy, now I cannot even drink one can.  So, very well done and thank you Hazel  for helping me kick my 'coke habit'.
