Hypnosis is an exquisite balance between deep relaxation and focused concentration.   In this very deep form of relaxation and heightened awareness, positive changes are suggested to the subconscious mind, a process  which by-passes the critical, analytical conscious mind.

You are mentally alert, physically relaxed, extremely aware and you are in complete control during your hypnotherapy session. You cannot, and never will, be compelled to do or say anything under hypnosis that is in conflict with your personal ethical standards and or desire.
